The Fall/Winter 2024/2025 Haute Couture was presented in July 2024. It is the first runaway without Virginie Virad name on it since she left abruptly in June 2024, in circumstances that still a mystery to this day. And might never know what really happened on that fateful day. Since then, Chanel still running without a creative director and signing off the collection under the Fashion Creation Studio. For sure, a lot of designs would still have ideas from Virginie and Chanel would just build from that, but how long Chanel can go without a tastemaker tell us what is fashion?...

The show was done at the banks of the Seine in Paris. According to Chanel:- Inspired by a Parisian allure, the CHANEL Fall-Winter 2023/24 Haute Couture collection imagined by Virginie Viard unveils a portrait of a delicate yet bold femininity. The collection, presented on the riverbanks of the Seine, is adorned with embroidered fruits and flowers motifs reminiscent of the still-lives dear to pictural arts.
